Your tasks:

  • Erstellung und Administration von Dashboards und Reports in einen Einkaufs-BI Tool 
  • (nach entsprechender Einarbeitung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des BI-Tools
  • Gestaltung von Powerpoint‐Folien und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung Anwenderbezogener Fragestellungen
  • Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen du Schulungsunterlagen
  • First Level User Support
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Einkaufsprozessen

Your profile:

  • Abgeschlossenes Vordiplom bzw. abgeschlossene erste Kursphase
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Versiert im Umgang mit KPIs
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Interesse an einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen, ggf. auch bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf
  • Flexible Zeitgestaltung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Gute EDV‐Kenntnisse
